For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

The jos65 Platform is intended exclusively for adult users. To register and maintain an active account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Jos65 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance will be returned via the original deposit method.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is operated and marketed for the Indonesian market.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of the Company, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement in place with the Company or any other online gambling operator.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account on the jos65 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Jos65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification: The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent — at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functions on your account.

All transactions on the jos65 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and membership tier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of the transfer by the relevant payment provider. Most deposits clear within 60 seconds; delays caused by the payment provider are outside the Company's control.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to the Company's liquidity review process for amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes. Requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance windows may experience delays of up to 2 hours.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Such checks are conducted for Member protection and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Clause 5 for details.

Jos65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on sportsbook markets with odds of 1.50 or greater, or 25x on casino games.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each Member is entitled to one welcome bonus upon first deposit. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Ineligible Bet Types: Certain bet types — including but not limited to cash-out bets, void bets, and both-team-to-score accumulators at specific odds — may not count towards wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Company Discretion: Jos65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In such cases, any wagering requirements already partially completed will be honoured on a pro-rata basis.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or the use of automated software — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the jos65 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message and reference number are issued to the Member. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion.
• Odds and Pricing: Odds are displayed in decimal format. They are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, the odds are fixed for that wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip before placement. These limits may vary by sport, event, and Member account tier.
• Palpable Errors: The Company reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous ("palpable errors") — for example, odds that are significantly out of line with the market consensus at the time of placement. Members will be notified and their stakes returned in full.
• Void Events: If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. • In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. The Company reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is evidence of abuse of this system.
• Casino Games: All casino games on the jos65 Platform — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates apply over statistically significant sample sizes and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jos65 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in a report being filed with the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately; exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information relating to sporting events.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the jos65 support team or other Members.

All content on the jos65 Platform — including but not limited to the jos65 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by jos65 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jos65 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jos65's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment networks, or Internet service providers.
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or failures in third-party payment networks.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.

Jos65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or use of prohibited software.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion under Clause 12.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

In cases where an account is closed for a breach by the Member, any balance comprising real-money funds (net of bonus funds) may be returned at the Company's sole discretion following investigation. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of breach. In cases where an account is closed at the Member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), the remaining real-money balance will be returned in full.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Jos65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools that allow Members to manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard at any time and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed internationally.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such action necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Jos65 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered to the account.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect 7 days after publication, except where changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure at any time.
